Overlooking the Southern Ocean and Merri River of Warrnambool in Victoria’s South-West, the Lady Bay Resort sits proud as a highly valued facility that offers many services that will create a successful and memorable event. It is the perfect venue for business meetings/conferences and training days or team building. The resort houses 65 fully self-contained apartments in one, two and three bedroom variations and 13 hotel  rooms. The on-site facilities include a restaurant, conference rooms, day spa, gymnasium, seasonally heated outdoor pool and games room. Our resort has held many corporate events such as workshops, training seminars, retreats, product launches and private dinners. We are flexible to the requirements of the client and the attendees, whether it be a specific dietary need or room set-up. Our offering is of a high quality and we aim to provide our patrons with friendly, easy going service and modern facilities such as newly updated audio/visual equipment.

Our free WiFi, which is available throughout the property, also extends into the function room & restaurant for your guests to access easily. Not to mention amply, easily accessible and free parking.

Our modern conference room can house up to 120 guests for a formal seated event or 160 cocktail style. For smaller events we can split this space into two separate areas via moveable acoustic panelling. This also enables larger groups to divide into different areas if required.

Resort’s lounge area and/or restaurant is the perfect space for breakouts and lunch service. If you require a larger space, we also offer exclusive use of the whole venue which allows up to 150 guests sit-down or 300 standing (Minimum spend requirements do exist for this option).
